Return Policy
Due to the personalization of the blankets, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect in the blanket itself or we make a mistake in the embroidery (based on your correct order form) the blanket will be corrected or replaced at no charge to the customer. If a mistake is made by the customer when placing an order (i.e. misspellings, omitted information, etc.) we regret we will not be able to issue a refund.
